When I watch the training videos the playback hangs up.  How do I fix this?

If you are experiencing ‘buffering’ issues please hit the ‘pause’ button and let the video download.  Then hit the ‘play’ button and watch the video once it has buffered long enough.  This may or may not occur depending on your internet connection. Alternatively, try using a different browser to watch the videos – this has been known to fix the problem.

Which charting software do you recommend?

Trader Rick currently uses ensignsoftware but other charting software will work just as well.  Tradestation, NinjaTrader, CQG, Infinity and esignal are a few we recommend.

What markets does Trader Rick chart/trade?

Trader Rick currently charts the emini, mini Russell, crude, gold, euro, bonds, 10 yr notes, nq, ym, beans, wheat, Canada, yen, and the eurostoxx 50.   The primary trading vehicles are the ES, Russell, euro, and crude.   The markets vary depending on market conditions. If you are interested in incorporating the 3x indicator in your charting, please see the Indicators category on the home page.  This is for Ninjatrader and Tradestation users at this time. 

Where can I find current economic calendars?

We recommend using either http://calyon.econoday.com/ or http://www.briefing.com/Investor/Public/Calendars/EconomicCalendar.htm.

What timeframes does Trader Rick use for his trades?

Trader Rick uses a combination of minute charts with either tick or volume charts.  He incorporates multiple time frame analysis in his trading decisions resulting in a minimum of 3 timeframes for every market.  Because there are various timeframes for the markets he trades a separate list of timeframes is available under Trading Resources title “Timeframes”.

I am brand new to daytrading.  Is the Traders Club suitable for me to learn how to trade?

We recommend learning the basics of trading before considering joining the Traders Club at eFutureVision.com.   Currently, we recommend visiting www.toniturner.com to get a grip of the basic concepts.

Does the 3X trend method and the 9/30 setup work in only the futures markets?

Trader Rick believes these high probability setups will work well in the futures, stock and forex markets when applied properly as taught in the Traders Club.  They will work on small timeframes and large timeframes, even the daily/weekly/monthly charts.  Large timeframe examples are demonstrated in the 9/30 setup training video and the 3X trend method training video which is found in the premium area of the Traders Club  video library.

May I obtain a refund if I join the “Traders Club”?

We do not offer refunds on our subscription services. The “Traders Club” is charged at a one-off payment of $247 for lifetime access which includes full access to our growing video library of high probability trading methodologies, current and future.

Does the Traders Club offer a real time trading room?

At the current time, eFutureVision does not offer a real time trading room.  In the near future, with a subscription to the Traders Club, access to a live trading room will be made available so members can ask Trader Rick trading questions about the training videos.  Stay tuned for further news!
